Made-to-measure wine racks
|
|
When God invented wine racks, he said "Keep 'em
simple and easily understood" for lo, that is all
that is required of this most functional of items.
Bottles must lie on their side; this keeps the liquid
up against the cork, thereby maintaining its dampness
and preventing it from drying out (and the subsequent
sinful oxidation of the liquid within).
The Holy Grail is a rack that fills one's available
space, preferably a double-depth number, which means
a 12-bottle case disappears into but 6 holes.
Whatever your requirements, Bowes Wine can source
custom-built wine racks that do all that is necessary
to keep your wine a) organised and b) in good
condition. I mean, it's not rocket science, is it?
