Bowes Wine London Tasting - November 2018

 

As is traditional at all our tastings, guests will be greeted on arrival with a glass of champagne from our longstanding champagne supplier, Larnaudie-Hirault. (There is even a possibility that Michael Larnaudie will be with us on the night to talk you through three of their cuvées - TBC.)

 

We will have a range of fine wines available to taste on the evening; we will be looking at highlights from this year including wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Italy and Spain. Our favourite Spanish wine importer will be coming along to show some of the favourites that he and Caspar sampled on their recent trip to Northern Spain. 

 

We will also be showing the full range of Akrathos wines - a young organic estate in Greece which is new to both the UK and Bowes Wine. (The stock landed in our warehouse this morning and we are very excited to be representing them. More details here soon...)

 

On the other side of the room, we will be celebrating The Daily Drinker's 10th Birthday; again we will be showing highlights from 2018 plus we are restocking new vintages of some of our all-time favourite wines from the past 10 years. 

 

The full tasting list will be available nearer the time but in short, we can assure you that your glass will never be empty for long and your taste buds will be scintillated. 

 

Both Caspar and Victoria Bowes will of course be on hand throughout the evening and look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.
