Caspar Bowes regularly takes video notes of the wines he has tasted, when tasting a maturing wine we have sold in the past, when selecting wines for Bowes Wine offers and when checking the development of wines in his own cellar. Sometimes, he simply opens a bottle which is so amazing he HAS to record a tasting note.

Tasting Notes

Caspar Bowes has regularly tasted for wines for more years than he can remember! Many of his tasting notes have historically never made it beyond his library of tasting books. He is now actively tasting even more regularly and widely, and is endeavouring to write up his new notes as he goes along.
