Malagousia - Grape Variety

Until recently almost extinct. The quality of Malagousia's wine is being recognised and aromatic, textural examples are now being produced in many parts of Greece, from central Macedonia to the Peloponnese. Malagousia is generally produced as a mono-varietal wine, but has also been blended with other grapes, including Assyrtiko.
